My family has been involved in rural property consultancy in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset for four generations. Although it wasn’t called ‘property consultancy’ then, they still recognised the importance of earning their clients’ trust through hard work, expertise, local knowledge and dependability.

John Woolley Limited believe today’s property and land-owners need and deserve those same fundamental values from their advisers. We offer trust, knowledge, experience and a wealth of high quality contacts, all of whom operate to the highest professional standards.

And now in 2025 we’ve entered our tenth year. We continue to have many superb and supportive clients, and new introductions are received regularly, often by word of mouth and recommendation which we really do appreciate and value.

We are covering more work, particularly on the Environmental front as the Government are still offering support – less though than it has been. But farmers seem able to absorb these commitments without spoiling the traditional farming enterprise they have always known.

We are also offering Sale and Purchase property services, more Letting and Management – land, business and residential, and Farm secretarial.

Our area of activity may still have Hants Wilts, Dorset and the New Forest as our ‘hub’, but increasingly we have this same varied work on the Isle of Wight, Sussex and Somerset and occasionally beyond….
